Through considerable project experience, we've determined that there are key activities that contributed to the successful completion of our projects; following these field-tested 'rules' leads to consistently excellent results.

Survey:
First things first: we have a detailed discussion with out client about what it is they are planning to achieve.

Analyze:
Time is taken to analyze the client requirements and reconcile them with the realities of time constraints, budget and market space. This is all done in partnership with the client - there are no 'surprise' reports given at the end of a lengthy analysis period.

Plan:
Once agreement has been reached on the project goals, we carefully plan out the implementation and set intermediate milestones with the client - reality checkpoints that make everyone on the team comfortable with the project progress.

Implement:
Grail staff work in concert with the client to turn their project goals into reality, keeping the client up to date on progress through milestone reports, checkpoint reviews and ongoing discussions.
