Craig Hughes has 15 years of experience in the software industry, working for both large and small organizations designing and developing a number of commercially launched products. Most recently, he headed storage software development at Network Engines, bringing a high-capacity Network Attached Storage appliance to market.

Craig has consulted for Intel Corporation, leading the development of their Network Systems Division’s award-winning Access Manager product. He has also authored a number of research papers published by the IEEE and the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Craig has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Simon Steel has over 25 years in the marketing and communications industry. He has developed a set of core skills in strategic marketing, and uses his strong sense of vision and creativity to offer insight and innovative solutions.

Simon believes that to communicate effectively on the global stage, it’s essential to understand the differences between interactive (online) relationships and the more traditional and tactic personal relationships. He works closely with Grail Technology to help in this capacity, by creating the framework for successful implementation.
